"The outside of the building needs some TLC, but the inside of the room was updated, clean and cool. The bathroom had beautiful tile and the bed was very comfortable. The gentleman at check in was incredibly kind and I felt welcomed! I will definitely stay here again should I return to Stratford for more shows. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay"

"Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout."

"The room was very clean. My wife and I were worried about the street noise as the hotel is on a main street. But after 11:00 it was fairly quiet. No problem sleeping. An enjoyable night."

Bed was a little too soft for our liking. Our room the Courtside was right by the door to enter or exit the property and hearing it slam while sleeping wasn’t great."
