"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Super Location and very friendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean. Amenities were great, and included a heated towel rack, safe in room, mini fridge with water and robes. There was complimentary water and fruit on arrival to the hotel which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend to others. "
