At check-in I was informed that the room would not be cleaned for a 2-night stay which I thought was a bit odd - it should have been presented in a different way as a question. "Excellent hotel. Very calm and relaxing. The hotel is on a quiet street yet busy neighbourhood with everything you need just around the corner. The hotel was immaculate. The staff were quick to respond. The garden was a wonderful relaxing area and very peaceful. What an added bonus. Having LeLabo shampoo, body lotion, etc left me feeling and smelling clean and fresh in the scorching heat that week in London. I will book my stay there again and I will also check out the other locations."
