"Great location with fantastic staff however the sound proofing of the rooms let this hotel down significantly. You could hear conversations between the rooms clearly which was likely due to the design and gap between the top of the wall and the ceiling. I moved rooms and slept a lot better so it very much depends if you have someone next door. "

"The room was nice. It was small but they clearly state the size so you know before you book. The floors in the bathroom are heated and the shower is nice. Staff was very friendly and it is conveniently located near several tube stations. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"They don’t have elevator. I visited with my 2 months old baby. Before book my trip I confirmed that they have baby friendly property but then they gave us room on 4th floor. The stairs were narrow. Only one toilet on our floor which was occupied by someone. I had to find washroom on other floor. Terrible experience."

"It is an excellent location, literally a 3-4 minute walk to Victoria Station and 10 minutes from Buckingham Palace. A really good central location with a couple of cool pubs around, and the room worked really well for our group of three. "

"This is a very new Hoxton in Shepherd’s Bush. Great location for visiting London, we parked at Westfield and it’s a small walk to the hotel and the tube is very close to get further into Central London. Shepherd’s Bush Green is a busy area, my wife did complain of road noise (sirens etc) which is expected in London. We were on floor 2, I slept like a log! The rooms are petite but modern and clean, we will definitely stay again. The restaurant and bar are good, reception staff were brilliant."

Unfortunately, the spa experience, which was a key reason I chose the hotel, was a major disappointment. The spa reception team were friendly and recommended a hot stone massage, but I was instead given what seemed to be a standard full body massage. It felt more like a body rub than a proper treatment.
