"The staff was exceptional, from the gentlemen at the front door to the people at the front desk. They made our stay. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures and the bed was very soft. Beautiful restaurants, but expensive. "

"The usual hotel that I stay at in London was fully booked, and I'm so glad because I've found this absolute gem of a hotel. Location was perfect, next to everything. Check in was seamless, I ended up coming earlier than expected and they had a room available for me. The hotel is clean, well taken care of and has an elegant luxury to it. "Tiny room even smaller bath. Bland room decore, view of building’s mechanics. No mini bar. Kettle and cups hidden away in a box on the top shelf of the closet, due to small room size. Careful taking it down it’s heavy. In room dining menu is limited. Room service omitted part of my order each time. Disappointing as the hotel’s public room decore is grand and lavish. Very friendly and helpful staff especially door men. No upgrade offered. "
