Great hotel. Service and food are outstanding. My only complaint might be that my booked "junior suite with ocean view" technically had ocean view if you count a tiny sliver of blue on the horizon. Apart from that the place is insanely comfortable clean and well organized and that in a huge jungle area. It's also very professionally las Vegas style American which may be a pro or con depending on what you looking for. So all in all amazing hotel. Just don't sell somethibg as ocean view if you...

Great adults only all inclusive hotel. Good choice of restaurants.

Restaurants were top notch. Inconvenient if you want to step out. Taxi services are over priced. Overall a good experience. Would reccomend jf you want to enjoy one place with some amazing restaurants!

The Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive Family Selection in Riviera Maya offers an exceptional family vacation. Its dedicated Family Selection provides tailored luxury, from exclusive reception and welcome gifts to spacious, modern rooms with private amenities like hot tubs and swim-up access A standout feature is the unparalleled personal butler service. Our butler, Ana, was truly exceptional—proactive, efficient, and always smiling. She handled everything from priority dinner...

Top draw holiday, could not fault anything. Clean, superb staff, great pools, top facilities. Would highly recommended for everyone.

Amazing stay Stayed in Villa 40 swim up suit Brilliant room lots of space Food was great Service was also great Cant wait.to go back Special shout to iur 3 concierge in Villa 40 for looking after us and making our stay so special

Beautiful large hotel complex built around the Mayan jungle. Everything about this place is amazing from the stunning natural beauty to the wildlife you are living amongst. Staff can't do enough to help you and make your holiday special. The spa is one of the best I've seen and I recommend Gloria who was an amazing Massage. There are 9 a la carte restaurants as well as 5 more buffets so always plenty of choice to eat. Entertainment is also second to none, 2 shows every night by the POP team....

We loved our stay at Akumal Bay. The staff at the resort were excellent and the location was perfect. The food at the buffet was good and the evening entertainment was also very good. The only negative was the morning “fight” for the loungers at the beach and on our first day, because we arrived in the afternoon, there were no towels left. For the rest of our stay we made sure we ensured we asked for towels in the morning and we didn’t have any problems. Overall, this is a great location if...

Amenities are great, the staff very nice and friendly, the beach is amazing. Food is Ok. Great tennis and paddle court

We had an amazing stay at the Conrad. Well designed modern hotel. White sands and crystal clear waters. Good selection of pools. Varied dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both the Japanese and Mexican restaurants were superb. A 15% service charge is included on all food and drink although generally this is included in the stated price. Service was outstanding. We also did a bike tour round the resort, the spa and neighbouring Hilton resort which is worth doing to get a feel for the...

Compact, adults only all inclusive. Buffets had great selection, but you have access to reservation-only access to evening meals in restaurants in 4 Bahia hotels - all connected by regular shuttle services. The best restaurant we tried was the Aluz. The best thing about the hotel(s) was the staff. Excellent, friendly service. Not so keen on the rather loud pool entertainment. The ents team were great, but not conducive to relaxing with a book. Discovered hidden quiet pool a bit late. Overall,...

Definitely recommend, never felt over crowded at the restaurants, pool or on the beach.

Amazing room, helpful and friendly staff, plenty of clean facilities and great options for food!

A great hotel for families. Excellent service, beautiful surrounding and plenty of activities for the kids.

Loved the hotel - fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room and view, with a well-equipped gym and relaxing spa. I highly recommend treatments from the wonderful Nestor at the spa- the seaweed wrap and hot stone message with reflexology were especially good. So relaxing! The only downside is the Dreams Dolphin Discovery - I just don’t agree with breeding cetaceans in captivity - rescue/sanctuary yes; captive breeding to live in captivity no. It’s the only thing about the place...

Great place
