"A mixed beg of nuts here…. Yes the property was clean, well groomed, the indoor pool and jacuzzi seemed in good shape, but wow the outside pool was anlgy and unusable. Let’s move on to the room, it was all about the door, check in and first day…three visits to the front desk with keycards not functioning correctly, next door mechanism allowed the latch to function however, the door seemed to be locked (yup, a head scratcher). Again to the front desk, to a responded of “instruction of how to open the door” (like I was a three and never opened a door)… we’ll have maintenance checked tomorrow first thing.
Second day evening… door issue popped up again, front desk (a very nice lady), dropped what she was doing and came up with us to the room. Now we have traction, and the door does the same business to her. OK, we will be moving you to another room. One more note here, the door itself had a scary play when it was shut… no one seemed to be bothered by that either.
On to the new room, now we’re talking, nice perfectly set room, everything functioned as it should, it was quit, and a pleasure. However, as we headed out to dinner, a dude was at the front desk… yup, the door does not open and wiggle crazy like. I stood there a moment to see if I could hear the room number, you guessed it…. It was our old room.
So a mixed beg of nuts really fits, I would and could NOT recommend this site, I can’t speak for other Hampton Inns, not so sure I would gamble on one in the future."
