"The location was great. In old town just a block of market square and it was quiet! Sparkling clean! And the reception desk was helpful The check in was the only thing that was not excellent. We had no instruction or codes. A person leaving let us in! We were then able to take the elevator to the second floor to get keys and codes Not a good check in experience! I would have given it overall a five star rating except for the check in"

"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant.
