"We had a wonderful trip. Everyone was so nice! When we first got to the hotel early Theresa was so very personable and helpful in getting us to the metro station quickly. When we arrived back she greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome. We checked in with De’aja and she made us feel right at home. Asked us about our day, about any plans we had for the week and gave us helpful tips toward our plans. When you’ve got 2 great staff members like that, you got a recipe for success!"

"Cleanliness was fine. The shower would make a loud vibrating noise when used. This happened when using the shower in our unit. It also happened at 3:00 am when the unit below or an adjoining unit took a shower."

"Thee was no ramp to carry you luggage. Parking was 3-4 blocks away and no shuttle. I am 77 y/o person. Staff was polite and friendly. "

"Nice hotel with good sized rooms. Limited amenities but with shops within a 10 minute walk, and also close to the Metro line for access to Ronald Reagan Airport and the city of Washington. Plenty of parking for those with cars too. "

"I don’t really understand some of the bad reviews that I saw before coming here. This place was pleasant experience for us. We went here for vacation and everything was walking distance (food/national mall, museums). Room was small but that didn’t matter we came there to mainly sleep and breakfast was surprisingly good. We saved money on breakfast so that’s a plus alone! We will be coming back here on our next vacation to DC. "

"it served its purpose. It's a budget hotel/motel. very convenient to the highway. Very convenient to DC and the metro. I did not realize until a few days in, it's a short walk to the metro so make sure you ask when you check in that information. (Which I did not until later). The workers are all very friendly. It's definitely basic nothing fancy. My only complaints were really flat pillows and a couple stragglers walking around. But I guess there's no way to avoid that. Overall it was a good...
