"Location is the star here. Very close to National mall and restaurants. Area is generally safe Hotel was fine - though for a new hotel there are already signs of wear (wallpaper starting to peel). Also, I know dc is hot and temp is gate to regulate but the room just felt constantly “damp.” I didn’t try the restaurant but no room service. Again, not a bad stay - got the price it was fine"

"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically...

"The staff was excellent and attentive to all our needs. It is a plus that they give you some complimentary water bottles but we requested more and they came with more water right away! The mini kitchen is well equipped with plates, and glasses and cups. A toaster and a coffee machine excellent choices. Big fridge and the gas stove to cook our foods was a must!"
