"No pillows…bed had 3 very flat small pillows. Asked front desk for additional pillows…she said they didn’t have any extra pillows for guest…bed is old and very hard.
Light from hallway illuminates entire room from open air vent above door. No way to block light out. Side walks outside hotel …drug deals going on. Parking garage closest to hotel ..homeless sleeping in doorways. Stickey urine in all stairwells."

"My significant other and I stayed here for a birthday getaway and overall had a good experience.
The hotel was nice, our room on the 8th floor was clean and had a great mountain view, and housekeeping did an excellent job. We also enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast.
