"We upgraded to a suite in Banyon when we got there and really were glad we did. The hotel room we had reserved was very dark and u inviting. We had a wonderful time and next time will reserve the suite for sure! Pool is fantastic, love the grassy area under the palm trees. The Castaway Restaurant was delicious! We love this property and will be back!"

"The best kept secret in Western Maui and maybe the whole island. Small, quiet boutique motel with a perfect view of the ocean and other islands. Centrally located if you want to go to Kaanapali and Kapalua. Clean rooms, amazing view of the beach and ocean from your balcony. Staff is great. Can't wait to book our next trip with them in 2027."

"Rooms were clean and amazing, views are beautiful. The room has EVERYTHING you need, we went for the studio as there were just 2 of us and it was perfect for us! Staff was accommodating and friendly, parking was easy and lots of stalls available light be due to we visiting during the “off” season. Loved that the resort was quiet!! So nice. One thing about booking on EXPEDIA- EXPEDIA charges you a “resort fee” but you will also pay an Amenity fee at the resort, amenity fee is clearly outlined...

"We came walked onto the property at around 9:30 having been told that we could get our room key from Security, when I called a few hours earlier. Well, there was no Security to be found. So, I called the number provided where there was, of course, no answer followed by "you cannot leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full". "Fully equipped kitchen, great view, and friendly, attentive staff. Bouncy bed, but slept good, just not super comfy. The sliding screen from our upstairs neighbor on our last night got opened and slammed about 785 times and drive me nuts. Also, there were some creepers that came and stood right next to me and my wife when we were having a nice moment, so maybe this place attracts swingers, which was disturbing."

"Beautiful place! Beautiful view (ocean side). Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. Grounds are lovely and the pool is clean. Island Vibes Cafe next door is a treasure. Enjoy your visit!"

"Dirty room , found my door open all the time . Dark grungy rooms. Hot and musky ask to check out and receive a refund but they declined refund . Didn’t even stay 1 night and I booked 7 nights in total . Given no refund and placed the blame game because they said it was booked through a third party . And. “The third party”(aka Expedia) said it was up to the hotel. Terrible experience overall"
