"We didn’t get to even check in because there was no room available and they said they didn’t have a partnership with expedia. We were on an island with no ability to leave and literally everything was booked for New Year’s Eve when we got there. It was a mess. We had to take horse taxis all over until we finally found a place with availability and missed our whole day there. "

"The staff are amazing! They honestly make the stay that much better. The resort is in a good location and is easy to walk to the west side for a sunset drink or dinner. There are a few good warungs and restaurants in the area, including the Seri restaurant. The rooms are average but typical for Indonesia. "Boendet var extremt smutsigt, mycket damm överallt, smutsiga lakan och handdukar. Svarta fläckar på väggarna och dörrarna, luktade mögel och instängt. Dörren ut till balkongen gick knappt att öppna och stänga och man kunde inte låsa den vilket gör det större risk för att djur kommer in. Personalen var dock trevlig och hjälpsam"
