"Clean and great shower"

"Exceptional service! We lost a phone in a taxi at 2am and the staff assisted in contacting the driver and recovering the phone quickly. They went above and beyond. They also do laundry for free, and we had breakfast included. The location is great for accessing tourist sites, and there are many food options nearby. Would highly recommend!"

"Location is perfect, and in such a big city like Beijing this is very important. The hotel is very clean."

The one challenge was the bathroom- it was a part of the one bedroom and did not have a door -just a curtain. Difficult for 3 adults travelling together. Otherwise highly recommend!"

I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day.
