"It is in a convenient location for an overnight or short stay as it is close to the airport. The customer service was excellent and the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food. The room was clean but the area is limited for tourist activities and the building is a bit dated. Overall the experience was satisfying for an overnight stay. "

"Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar has everything we need and the staff make us very welcome. We were grateful for the up-graded room. The swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful. There are many restaurants and shops out the front of Swiss-Bel, otherwise the hotel has theme night dinners at the hotel on certain nights."

"Excellent service from staff in all areas including spa experience. Highly recommend. But, requested a room (5 months prior after last stay) away from bar and restaurant. Disappointed I got poolside room close to restaurant and kiddies pool. "

"The location of the property would be hard to beat if you were looking for a central location for the hustle and bustle of shopping , but also the quiet of a resort type atmosphere. Not only was the position of the accommodation perfect for shopping, but it is also situated on the beach. Accommodation was quite spacious and well maintained. Found all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be visiting again "

"Fantastic gardens to walk through from the hotel rooms to the beach. The road in front is not a thoroughfare so it’s so easy to get from the hotel to the beach and back again. Security is amazing."
