"An Oasis just 80 kms from Tokyo! The hotel scenery envelopes you in lush trees, waterfalls, and rocks. What a delight! The two different Onsen are equally spectacular, but my favorite was the one with the waterfall. Yes, it is on the pricier end, but if you can make it work in your budget, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious. It was quite challenging to make a dinner reservation, and unfortunately, we regretted dining there. "Staff were excellent. They were very helpful and friendly. Hot springs was a good experience. Lakeside meal was a great opportunity to taste a variety of Japanese foods. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Great location for a quiet peaceful break. Courtesy coach was a good method of getting too and from Moto Hakone and to Odawara."
