"Our villa was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, however unfortunately there were a couple of things that made it not quite perfect. We loved our private plunge pool and outside area, the room was incredible & very comfy and the fresh fruit each day was much appreciated. However we raised with the staff early in our stay that the toilet wasn't flushing properly, and often the cistern wouldn't fill, and perhaps due to a communication issue they told us this was normal and wouldn't be fixed. "The book was out of date so when I booked a tour, I still had more to pay for when I arrived. They admitted that tour in the book has not been available since January and it's May now. The food is hit or miss. Overall really gorgeous and incredible property, short walk to Ubud main area and very quiet next to the jungle. Pool is a fun shape, but impossible to swim any laps in because of it and with the mix up on tours, food being just so-so, for the price tag of this place, I really expected...
