"Our room was first given two invalid room keys during check in. After contacting the reception to replace new keys, it took them 80 minutes to deliver the new room keys. Also the room's bathroom and wardrobe were filled with strong body odors from the housekeeper."

"Property and service staff were excellent. This is a stunning resort in a beautiful place. The food, particularly at Maere was also wonderful. We did not love the dinner buffet that is served one night of the week. We would recommend the Lagoon Tour excursion with Mike was an amazing experience. If you are leaving on a flight that leaves later in the day, be cautious that the resort has limited facilities to accommodate these travellers."
