Room was a bit small compared to other 4 star hotels but still nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of choices and fast replenishment of food. Hotel location is close to a lot of attractions, shopping and food options"

"We stayed here after a few days in the Old Quarter - while still a busy area it was not as chaotic. The room/bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was good and the manager offered breakfast pho one morning. We had an early departure to get to Sapa and the staff prepared a meal for us to take on the bus - great service! The cost of the room was very reasonable for all that we enjoyed. Thx!"

"Beautiful hotel on the edge of Old Quarter so easy to reach. Rooms are a little small but offer a great city view. All staff throughout were very friendly and courteous. The spa was awesome. The rooftop bar is great and dinner in the restaurant was very nice. I sent compliments to the chef over the preparation of my salmon fillet. This is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to my friends visiting Hanoi. "

"Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. "

Addressed any concerned we had immediately and gave us options to do things in area. Premium products and bedding. In and close to everything either by walk or dang sm or grab.
