"I had a great stay at the St David's Hotel, which is incredibly convenient and within easy walking distance of Paddington Station. As a solo traveler who frequently needs a 1-2 night base for short trips or an early flight via the Heathrow Express, the location simply cannot be beaten. "Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground. The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."
