The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile."

"The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s right in downtown Dallas. Valet/Doorman was a nightmare when I first checked in. Kind of rude but I was like, he’s probably having a bad day. Checked in seamlessly and went to my room. Fairly big size room and spacious in the main room and bathroom. Mattress Beds were old and not very comfortable. Only other issue I had was I requested someone service my room and then just brought towels, asked again and nothing. Lastly, the AC in the room was crap....

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were really impressed with our room. The only thing was the bathroom only had two body towels. I needed a towel for my hair. Thankfully my husband asked the young man at the front desk for an extra towel. He was so kind and polite to us. We will highly recommend hotel to our family and friends. We will return.."
