"Walking in the entrance gives a great first impression that we chose the right hotel. Our stay of three days was great, the way the building is arranged we had no wall to wall neighbors, so it was very quiet. Great air-conditioning! Beautiful rooms/bathrooms! "The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were amazingly quiet despite being located in a very populated area and right outside of the tube station. It’s incredibly close to amenities, with tons of restaurants nearby, as well as the Leicester Square tube station. From the airport we took just one tube that stopped directly at the hotel and it only took 45mins. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Also bigger than I thought (we had a basic room with window)."

"We had an excellent overnight stay. The room and en suite were spotless and the bed blissfully comfortable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a superior double room on arrival. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
