"Fantastic stay! The hotel is designed in such a way that most rooms have a view of Big Ben and the Thames. The room was clean, comfortable, with a spacious bathtub. Our only disappointment was the spa and pool not being open (as being renovated) which we didn’t know about until after we had booked our non refundable room. But overall an excellent hotel. "

"The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. Many transportation options around the hotel.

"We had a lovely time staying at the Bloomsbury. Centrally located near to Tottenham Court tube station and the British Museum. The staff were fabulous, helpful and always cheerful. We dinned in the Dalloway Terrace restaurant for an evening meal and Afternoon Tea. Both times the food was excellent. Our room was on the 7th floor and was clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge to relax after busy days sightseeing. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in. On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience."
