"Staff is really nice and friendly. Place is also good. Please fix issue with the door cards stop working every other time and my room was far from the lobby too much walking again and again just to enter the room."

"I enjoyed my very short one-night stay at the Crowne Plaza Chicago Ohare Hotel & Conf Ctr. Staff was welcoming and the food from the bar was delicious. I was super tired and fell asleep fast in the very comfy king bed. The room and bathroom were clean, and I was able to shuttle to the airport in 15 minutes the next morning. Just one thing I found odd was the small size of the TV above the dresser. The rest was a 5 star! "
