"My stay at Al Khoory Hotel in Al Barsha was made especially memorable by the people who took such wonderful care of me.
Kin at the front desk deserves special recognition for being so welcoming and helpful. That kind of warmth makes an enormous difference when you’re staying away from home and immediately made me feel comfortable.
I also had an incredible massage at the spa. The lady who provided my treatment was phenomenal—truly exceptional. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and easily...

"I stayed here for 3 weeks. It was a great experience!
Complimentary washing machines and parking. Staffs are hospitable and friendly. Rooms and other places are clean and well air conditioned. Breakfast buffet is good.
But if I say some points which need to be improved, there is no microwave anywhere in the hotel. The printer in the business center did not work well."

"We had a late check-in and had already informed the hotel in person about our arrival time. We had specifically booked an Executive Room, but when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. We were told that, because of the late check-in, they could only provide us with a standard room. This was very disappointing, as we had already informed the hotel about our late arrival. It raises the question of why we were asked to inform them about our arrival time if the...

"The receptionist is a disgusting rude pathetic uneducated piece of sh*t. I was traveling with my aunt. She is a 75 year old lady. I booked a 2 bedroom non smoking room. We were travelling all day and when we arrived at 2 in the morning, the stupid receptionist made a joke about upgrading us to a king size bed. I looked at him in disbelief and i said. Thats my aunt. She is 75 years old. And he kept making the stupid joke 4 or 5 more times until i said. No. Whats wrong with you. The hotel is...
