"The staff in the room was amazing. This boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden was exactly where I needed it to be. I only wish that they had more amenities other than the in room Keurig and mini refrigerator. To note, you must bring an adapter if you’re coming from the states."

"What an extraordinary hotel! I have stayed at many exceptional hotels and this one rates at the very top! The rooms were beautiful and the staff truly go out of their way to assist in every manner. The hotel even has a mini-theater in the basement where we watched the finals of the World Cup!"

"Lovely hotel, everywhere modern, clean and tidy. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Upon arrival the staff also put a surprise happy birthday message and miniature cakes in our room for my husband. I loved the finishing touches, robe, slippers & even a rubber duck. We walked from the hotel to Covent Garden which took approximately 15/20 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Great studio suite ruined by lack of AC. Hardly slept because of heat and bed firm. Otherwise great location, friendly staff. Apartment has everything you need….apart from AC. Maybe will stay again but only outside summer!"

"Small room for two people but we were only crashing there for one night after a party so it didn’t really matter. Double glazing did a pretty good job of muffling the sound of the air ducts outside. Free chocolate and water was a nice touch."
