"The staff was friendly and super helpful with every request. The rooms were clean and spacious with everything well stocked. The location was incredible as it was a quick walk to Trafalgar square and close to the different shows on West End. The train station is connected to the building, which helped when getting cabs to take us to and from the hotel. Family friendly. Location made it easy to enjoy the trip, especially when traveling with young kids."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden. The rooms were lovely, we had a superior room and found it be quite roomy. The best part of this hotel however is the staff, the front desk staff and concierge were all amazing. Special thanks to Roman who helped coordinate a few activities for us!
