"They do an amazing job at making it pretty on pictures. But I was not impressed from The moment of the arrival. Lobby was super crowded. Bathrooms in the lobby were dirty, no toilet paper either only 1 stall had. If you’re going to advertise 5 star luxury it starts with cleanliness. After finally checking in I had to walk through so many hallways , take elevators and stairs with barely any signs while also carrying 2 luggage’s to finally get to my room which I was so disappointed in because...

I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service. "The convenient location right inside the rail station makes it easy to drop off luggage before heading out to sightsee. The rooms had all the amenities needed and very comfortable beds. Also having a nice restaurant within the hotel was a plus. But the best feature was the incredibly helpful staff!"
