"I booked a 4 night stay. On the first morning the shower door which opened inwards jammed and I was trapped with no means of summoning help. The only thing which stopped me panicking was I had arranged to meet a friend for breakfast. She summoned assistance but as the door had been locked overnight for security they could not open it. The maintenance man took over 1 and a half hours to cut a large hole in the wall next to the lock and cut through metal using an axle grinder before entry. It...

"The suite room was small but fine for the two of us, similar to a hotel room. We did not use the on-site amenities or restaurants. Great location by the metro and the downtown is not far to walk. We were early for our room and the staff said they would WhatsApp us when the room was ready but they did not. That was okay anyway. The coffee latte was cold at the cafe near the entrance, go somewhere else. "

"We paid for two rooms which was no small amount of money. There was only one regular espresso in each room that amounted to a sip. Would have been really nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Further, the room that I was in had only one mirror - there was certainly space on the wall above the desk for a mirror, but it was empty space. Always nice to have more than one mirror when there is more than one person in the room. Hotel was in a convenient location, but you could not walk...
