"The stay was very pleasant until about 8 or 9 am. Then there was a lot of banging and slamming doors as the cleaning staff came to clean. I'm a night owl so didn't appreciate being wakened. "

"It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area. Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out."

"Our stay as a family of 5 in 1 room was very convenient. The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. We had no issues at all. The location was great as there was a bar/ restaurant joined to building and they were also very friendly our hire shop was on door step and so was the gondola. There was plenty of shops close by for anything needed. If we was to return to la massana we would stay here again "

"Good location and facilities. Only negative point was the queue for dinner every evening. We decided to have dinner at 8.30pm to avoid the initial rush. Other than that, a good base for skiing, close to the gondola."

"This is a great option if you plan on skiing in Pal Arinsal. The ski rentals are a few minutes away, so is the gondola. The receptions are absolute gems and help you throughout your stay with directions and advice. The room itself was clean, compact and most importantly warm. I slept heavenly but I don't have any rheumatic problems so take my advice with a pinch of salt as the mattress was pretty firm and not too dense. All in all, I will be revisiting it next year. Breakfast was great as well!"
