"The place was clean and has AC. They have a nice lobby area with plenty of seating and available bathrooms were we could change and freshen up a bit after a long flight, arriving before our room was ready. Management was extremely unresponsive throughout my stay. I emailed multiple times before check-in and only received a reply 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
