"Reserve the room a week in advance was not available upon arrival. Then the room was not finished cleaning when we arrived. We asked for towels but they never brought them. The grounds was dirty. And they had a lot of vagrance all over the property."

"First of all my suite was ready had to down side. The ice machine didn’t work, the pool was cloudy and dirty and the pump was off, beer bottles by the pool as well. The phones inside the room didn’t work, the tub was super slippery when getting in, the hot water well there was none. There was no table or chairs in the room just an empty space where the chairs and table use to be. I asked the staff their response was management took them to the lobby for breakfast area. Breakfast was good and...
