"Overall we loved our stay and would like to call out how lovely the majority of the staff were. Shamara initially checked us in and she was super helpful, polite and welcoming. Whislt we were there many of the staff (including Ivanna, Enrique and many others) were always so polite and smiley. It makes such a difference. "location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

"Definitely would stay her again the room/ property was very clean the staff was very nice and friendly very close to a lot of things and especially the airport the only thing I would recommend a lil entertainment every now and then I also didn’t really like the food on the resort way overpriced I went off the resort to eat and and also there is a lot of mosquitoes which I know is out of the resorts control"
