"I love that this hotel was near government street and walking distance to a lot of things including the harbour, downtown with rich history, cafes, bookstores and so much more. The room was amazing and the staff were friendly. I was quite surprised it’s considered a 3 star hotel because where I come from this could easily qualify for a 4 star. The only negative is that the furniture is dated — which didn’t bother me, but seems to cause a lot of unnecessary hate in the reviews. We had a lovely balcony and could see the harbor between the buildings. It was a great place for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. "We got in super late (around 2am) and had an issue with the door getting into our suite. Called at 2am and a gentleman called us right back in 30 seconds to solve the issue. Also had an issue with the TP holder and he said we were all set no issues. Location was also perfect, within walking distance of almost everything downtown. "
