"All in all an outstanding experience. This lodge far exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the pool. The room was super comfortable. There was daily housekeeping. The laundry service was not ridiculously overpriced. The pool towel concept is absolutely ridiculous, but I'm not taking off points for it. The restaurant was amazing. I've never stayed at a hotel with a better built-in place to eat."

"This property has an incredible view of the volcano and the most amazing trails right on the property. The property is full of wildlife, and we were able to watch spider monkeys swinging from the trees from the balcony of our room, as well as watch a variety of native birds and other native creatures without going anywhere else.
