"We stayed here after traveling back to Tokyo at the end of our trip before flying out so we’d already stayed at 3 other hotels. This was definitely the most traditional place we stayed in terms of not being able to wear shoes at all in the hotel and having a much more Japanese breakfast. Location wise you are in the heart of Asakusa and close to transit so it is convenient. Though I found I wasn’t as big of an Asakusa fan as I thought I would be. "It is as advertised. However, it is bit removed from activities. It is 6 minutes walk to Asakusa station. There are plenty of stores and activities near the Asakusa station. There are washer/dryer combo in each room which is huge plus, But, it was slow to dry, as any washer/dryer combo unit. The room was clean and comfortable. Staffs were helpful and courteous."
