"The hotel was very nice. The room was incredibly small though. I understand many hotel rooms are in Japan, but this was the smallest of all five of our hotels by quite a bit. It is also maybe a 10 minute walk away from asakusa station. This was only an issue when we had our luggage and you would be able to taxi if needed. The staff were all very kind, and the property was incredibly clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are solo traveling."

"Room was very small. The twin beds were very large so if it’s cheaper and you want a king it’s large enough. The shower room is a wet room with separate sink and toilet. No hooks for your towel so not convenient. Open closet as you walk in - also not very user friendly. Front staff not very welcoming and didn’t have great customer service any time we went to speak to them and at check in. "This ryokan was excellent-George very close to the temple and metro station in Asakusa. The staff were very helpful giving us great restaurant recommendations. The room itself was spacious – by far the most spacious we’ve had in our two week trip. We really struggled in some places – especially the business Hotel with space .The hot baths at the top of the building were excellent. I would definitely stay here again. This was our favourite accommodation."

"I loved this hotel! It was so clean, quiet, and in a great location close to Senso-ji and so many great restaurants. Only negative was the bed was pretty hard, but the room was otherwise so comfortable that I still slept great. The AC was nice and cold, too, which was a welcome reprieve from the Tokyo heat. Staff were super nice and welcoming, as well. Loved the in-room coffee & tea that was provided, as well as the refill stations for water. Highly recommend staying here!"

"For the past 3 years, I have come every other season and have only stayed at this property. Everyone at the front desk was super nice, attentive, and very helpful. This hotel is about an 8-10-minute walk to Sensoji temple and the 24-hour Donki store, and is just outside the kitchen home area.
