"The staff was not welcoming and did not make me feel valued as a guest. What was most concerning was that housekeeping went through my personal belongings and my vitamins were taken. I reported this issue to the resort and never received a response or any follow-up. Between the poor customer service and the lack of accountability regarding my complaint, I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this resort to others."

"The property is visibly outdated, this is no where near 4 or 4.5 star as claimed. What makes up for it is the staff, very friendly kind and welcoming, yes the everyone is incredibly helpful and attentive. But thats about it, the property needs remodeling and brought up to higher standard. The rooms are clean but so outdated, the restrooms showers and everything is very old! Come on Hyatt, if this is how properties are maintained, definitely not coming back…again Staff makes up for it, but...
