"The hotel was amazing. The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing. The only downfalls were one elevator was out of service which just left one to operate for the entire hotel, the pool had visible brown stains which made it uninviting and a few of the exterior doors were broken so you couldnt enter with your key. "Close to everything in old Frankfort. Everything clean and modern. "

"The building was very old and run down. Carpet and floors dirty when you walked in to check in. Front desk guy was friendly. We were given one key and took the elevator that made noise as the door closed up to our floor. Our room was run down, old, and noisy air conditioner unit, toilet that hardly flushed, and got plugged and when my husband went down to tell them, they handed him a plunger. Unreal. The only good thing I’ll say is that the bedding- sheets and blankets were clean. "
