If you’re sensitive to noise, they provide earplugs for nighttime sounds from animals and insects, though it didn’t bother me. "I wish there is more sound proof room, the road is right on front and can hear traffic every car passes. Same if your neighbor is having a loud conversation you can hear it. They are aluminum and sound comes through the bottom. Bed is low and fluffy so it took me a while to get used to it. Lots of water pressure so be careful when you open the faucet lol. Great location for Las Croabas and water taxis for Icacos, tours or Palomino."

"Playa Colora was the perfect place for us to call home for the week. Safe, quiet and such a cute and convenient area. I loved that our parking spot was directly outside of our unit. AC in bedroom was super strong and cooled the whole space if you left the bedroom door open."

"Great resort! The first half of my trip was for business, and I extended for a personal vacation. The property is beautiful and I appreciated how it was sprawling. The golf cart transportation came in handy when walking to the lobby. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. "Perfect location. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly. There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as you need to give them another cc on file to get a code for entry. It’s a guest house and not a hotel so there’s no staff onsite but the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. "

"Jessica and Ruben are wonderful hosts! The cottage homes were super clean! If you want tranquility, you want to hear nature and truly relax, then this is a perfect spot. The neighboring towns were within 10 minutes drive and you can select from many restaurants. El hippie waterfall is a 10m drive to spend jumping off rocks into the water.. "

"This is my most favorite place on Puerto Rico to stay at!!! Everything about our stay was fabulous.....except I loved the smell of the hotel so much that they need to sell the fragrance for home use (with a diffuser) or they need to sell candles of the scent. Many hotels have their signature scent available The El Conquistador should as well. That is my only complaint. I will be back!!!"
