"Awesome and cute location. It is right accross from the beach. Within walking distance to downtown square. The room was perfect. The staff were amazing, friendly, accommodating. The A/C is cold as ice. They provide beach towels and chairs. They have boogie boards but charge $10 to rent which is understandable. "We had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The resort is stunning, with beautiful pools and beach access, as well as so many great amenities. The open air lobby and restaurants are lovely. The only down side is that the suite rooms are separated by doors with translucent glass, so it was hard for our younger kids to sleep when other family members were still up with the lights on, despite being in a different room. "This was a perfect quick get away with my 9 year old daughter. We needed a place in Fajardo close to our kayak and snorkeling tours and this was the perfect location. This was the cutest little hotel. It’s great that they let you use the pool before and after check in."

"Excellent staff, clean roomie rooms. Only downside was ferry to Palomino island broke down and our scheduled trip there was delayed one day. Upside, resort gave a 4:00 pm check out so we could go to the island the day we were checking out."
