"When I booked through Expedia, I didn’t get an email for gate codes until the night I arrived on the island.. I had to call the number and the phone line wasn’t a good connection - lady was hard to hear/understand. However shortly thereafter hanging up, I received a text message with all the information. The guesthouse was beautifully maintained! Room had ice cold ac.. the shower water didn’t get that warm, but it was charming! Very close to El Yunque Rainforest, lots of restaurants and...

"This is most definitely where you want to stay! Molly does an amazing job with making you feel so comfortable. The unit is absolutely gorgeous! Has beautiful decor, smells amazing and over all feels light and calm. It’s a home away from home. I loved it. Also, the view to the beach I love and the fact that you can hear the ocean. The area is great you can walk around grab food, hear music and enjoy yourself. Thank you for this experience Molly!"

"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."

"Amazing amenities and beautiful views. Food and drinks are great on the resort. Only cslight complaint is that dinner reservations are needed each night to eat at the resorts dining options and the service was pretty slow at the restaurants. However, worth the wait!"

"Was a good price and location for our trip. Close to the town of fajardo and ceiba (ferry terminal). Does lack a little in counter space - especially in the bedroom which only contains the bed. Very close to a restaurant and the kids loved the pool."

"It was a really great stay. We stayed with our 7 month old baby and it was really comfortable to travel through the resort. My in-laws also stayed with their 7 y/o son and he had a blast."

"The property is beautiful and the host did a great job at recommending great places to visit such as restaurants and beaches. If something was wrong, the host would communicate with you so you can feel supported. Location does not come with a kitchen, but there is a microwave and refrigerator. Lastly, there is a jacuzzi, spacious patio, air condition, and parking. I strongly recommend this location if you want to explore Fajardo."

"There was a blackout for 2 hours that left us in pure blackness, without A/C, and my husband’s laptop was damaged by this. There are parts of the ceiling that are peeling, and was questionable about asbestos. The A/C units in the bedrooms were loud, and the beds were uncomfortable."

"We stayed in the oceanfront room and it was perfect. The pool was very nice and clean. Perfect location if you’re looking for a quiet and adult atmosphere. Not far from the kiosks but that’s a tourist trap. Would stay again."
