"Great stay "

"The room was clean. The staff were so nice. The WiFi and AC were great. This was my first hostel experience and as a trans masc person I was pretty nervous but the staff and environment was lovely! The only thing that irritated me was that we didn’t stay there long enough! My partner and I stayed in San Juan afterwards and we were constantly wishing we were back at the hostel!!! Gracias"

"Awesome and cute location. It is right accross from the beach. Within walking distance to downtown square. The room was perfect. The staff were amazing, friendly, accommodating. The A/C is cold as ice. They provide beach towels and chairs. They have boogie boards but charge $10 to rent which is understandable. We traveled with our 2 kids so the room was perfect for the 4 of us. The room was very clean. Hot shower. We missed the AM coffee, patries, and fruit since we left early each day to...

"The place is falling apart. The service is not great and no one was very helpful. Staff seemed not happy to be there. Food was poor and expensive. Trash left out over night around the resort."

"The shower was not clean, had sand it’s rusty tiles are broken around the outside of the shower , mirror is all stain up. The hall way did not have a curtain . Kitchen only 1 small pot, and had ants. The AC is horrible it was very HOT. The out side hot tub was not working at , I paid a lot for this place that it’s not worth it. This place needs a remodel and the outside painted. All Staff were so helpful and so nice ."

"The room was clean and beautifully maintained. The location is very safe and perfect for solo travelers. Plenty of food options. A quick stop store & a 24hr mini market on the property. Multiple restaurants too. Multiple pools and it’s right on the beach. The only downside I’ll say is that everything about this gives the aura and amenities of a resort but everything is a separate price - literally everything. And the incidental deposit is $500 which i called ahead of time and asked and was told...
