Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Loved everything about our stay at Splendid Premium Hotel! The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter, and the room was clean and comfortable. A huge thank you to Ann, May, Tuan-Anh, Joy, and the rest of the marvelous, friendly team (reception, breakfast, and rooftop bar) who made our trip so memorable. My wife especially enjoyed the made to order noodle soup of the day at breakfast. We will definitely be back!"

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE

10/10 Excellent

"My stay at the hotel was just amazing.Upon arrival the check in was similar to the four seasons hotel. I was greeted by a stuff member with a drink who gave me an orientation. The Hotel was very clean and very attractive. The room was great clean and spacious. The stuff was wonderful I couldn't ask for better. I would definitely recommend this great boutique hotel."

The Hanoi Signature Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"What can i say.. firstly, the warm welcome of all the staff everytime you walk through the door. They go above and beyond, unbelivably helpful with every request i had. The young lad there even walked me to the best money exchange office to change my dollers to dong, where i got a better rate that was online that day. And Lem saw us saftly across the road, every time we were coming in or out, the room was clean and quite considering the road outside, my only gripe would be not enough storage. location was fantastic, a short walk to wherever you wanted to go, and breakfast in the morning was varied and they cooked eggs on request, however you want them. Plus offered walking tours that were FREE done by local volenteer's who want to improve their english. I would definatly come back here again amd will definatly be recommending it to everyone who is coming to vietnam ."

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel

8/10 Good

"Nice mid level hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. Very convenient for walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. The description says it is new in 2025 but it is not. It’s an older building that has has some upgrades. It’s was clean but the curtains were fraying and there were wires exposed in the hallway. It rained really hard and it was loud because we were on the top floor and the roof was tin. The elevator does not go to the top floor so we had to drag our big suitcases up narrow stairs. It was right across from the hospital so it was busy traffic. Recommend bringing big backpacks instead of suitcases because it is Jared to get around busy streets and narrow corridors."

The Oriental Jade Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again."
