"Terrible experience! Our room had no elevator access and it was a maze with no signage to help finding it. No fridge, no phone in the room. We were told our luggage would be brought to our room, were told the luggage had been brought, and it wasn’t there, so we had to go chasing after it. Steps up with no ramp at the entrance. AVOID!!!!"

"I stayed here for one night while visiting London and had a great experience. The location in Soho is excellent – very central, with many attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance.
As this is a capsule hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I found my way around immediately. The hotel itself is very new (I believe it has been open for less than a year), and everything felt modern and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and welcoming....

"We stayed here for a night when we went to see Duran Duran at Hyde Park, fantastic location 10 minute walk to Hyde Park & near to Paddington station.
Room was small but it was fine for one night & spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely & friendly, I would definitely stay here again 😄"

"Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else."

"Fabulous hotel, well appointed rooms, very quiet and excellent air-conditioning that was so welcome during the heatwave we were having during our stay. Very comfortable beds too. Only downside was we had 2 rooms and one was in a basement with no windows.. it was fine for our 1 night stay but it would have been nice to have been told at check-in we would have no natural light.
Would definitely stay again.. but would check our room had windows!"
