"Internet connection only on day 1. Walking distance to a beautiful and enchanting beach, close enough to the city, but not right in the middle of it. Hot water, nice a/c. Staff was not present all the time, but that works for me as I prefer peace & quiet. Nice place."

"I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. "There was only one restaurant on this property. However the food was so good. Loved the breakfast. I loved the staff texted to communicate. Saved me time. It was a very enjoyable trip. Only issue was construction beside the hotel."

"The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again."

El desayuno continental no fue de nuestras expectativas, esperabamos algo más, como la proteína, había pan, cereales (cornflakes), avena y manzanas. El área de la piscina estubo limpia y espaciosa. En el área de niños, el joven que nos atendió muy servicial, comunicativo y atento. Los cuartos excelente, agua caliente, dos camas, agua caliente, closet, tabla de planchar, TV, Direct TV le funcionaba...

"The rooms are a bit out dated. The pillows are very uncomfortable. We stayed 5 night and 2 of the days we did not get our bath towels replaced. We also ran out of shampoo and body wash in the room. We called the front desk to get these items refilled but we never had a staff member bring them to us."

"Nice place to stay at San Juan. We were assigned room in the third floor and there are a lot of stairs. Has a few eating places nearby."
