"The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am."

"Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"

"This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. "

"Stayed for 2 nights in the adjacent building as we had a family room. Staff - was not overly friendly/not very hospitable/didn’t really welcome us Room - reasonably clean but bathroom and room was very tired and was in very much need of an update! Bathroom especially, including wobbly taps, paint peeling off walls etc!! We had family staying in the actual hotel building and they had door banging in the night, tv turning on at 1am, drunks nextdoor banging on the wall in the night and smoke...

"One night stay to do a parkrun nearby in Glasgow and had a good night at this hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet. Couldn't get the air con to work so it was a little warm. The on site gym is good and the buffet breakfast was fine. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We paid an additional £20 as we had our dog with us and we left the room spotless so not sure what the extra charge is for. With free parking and free WiFi also included the price is otherwise good value for this...

"Couple stayed the one night, B&B, used the gym, pool and sauna, all good with that. Had an evening meal, which to be fair was pretty expensive, tasty enough but not decent size portions for the price, plus no vegetables included. Breakfast was worthwhile, enjoyed that. Room was a good size, bathroom was adequate, all in all nice clean hotel, no complaints, just a bit expensive for evening meal and drinks."
