"Bathroom very small but the staff was wonderful"

Smart TV wouldn’t connect to internet and being a hotel tv I couldn’t access settings despite reception saying I could. It’s a basic building. Bottom of shower riser was away from the wall. "Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"

"Great place for an overnight stay or two. Easy to find ample parking either on street or to the rear of the property. Great little place, decent clean and well kept. Room was comfortable and slept well. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and easy check in and out."

"First time back in many years after I used to stay there for work. Don’t remember quite so many pillows on the bed back then but if all else fails your can sleep sideways 😉. Only real gripe is that breakfast is £15! Coffee and a bacon butty was half the price and to be fair it was freshly made and very nice 😊"

We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. Had there been an issue with our parking, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As...

"Lovely hotel short walk into town centre perfect base. Staff were brilliant friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but often had to ask for things to be replenished. Would stay again."

"Stayed here for 1 night on the way home from a trip to the outer Hebrides. Check in was quick. We had a nice room on the first floor but decor was a bit dated. The room was clean and bed was comfortable though. I used the pool - very nice sized pool but it was unbelievably hot in the swimming pool area. Staff were helpful & friendly. I would deffo return."

"Nice clean room, in great location. Mostly staff were helpful apart from the time I waited five minutes to be served and the waitress then served the lady who just came in and totally ignored me. Food was excellent value for money. Overall a good visit and would definitely go back."
