"Staff are really helpful. Its a trendy cool hotel. We got a great price so its competitive with the likes of Premier Inn but its nicer. We like it and have stayed several times. We park across the road which is a little pricey £20 a night. "

"Always a great stay. Staff are welcoming, rooms are so comfortable, clean and stylish with the most ridiculously big showers you've ever seen, could probably fit 10 people if you were that way inclined... Food is excellent, breakfast particularly. Breakfast"

"Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good for a freebie, with croissants, toast, beans, sausages and bacon all available alongside cereals and fruit. Only issue was with the water pressure, shower was. ABIT weak and toilet took a while for cistern to refill after flushing. Three minute walk from temple meads though meant it was very convenient for travel and 15-20min to centre and to Old Vic theatre. Would stay again."

"The staff were very friendly, our accessible room was spotless, and the shower had a chair, not one of those fixed to the wall things! It felt very safe having a shower :: The only improvement would be to place a chair in one of the changing rooms by the sauna/steam room/gym, as getting showered and changed after having a steam/sauna was difficult!"
