"There is a lack of parking and it cost $38.00 per night/day I was unaware of this until I got there. My stay was 10 days with 7 of those days with rental car . They should disclose this before booking it probably would have changed my mind to stay there. But very nice hotel."

"We had an okay experience. On our last night the key card would not work. We went downstairs to the lobby and found no one there. We called the phone and listened to it ring with no one picking up. Started yelling to see if someone was around and eventually someone showed up. He made new keys and sent us on our way. No "oh sorry about that or anything"
Weird set up where the lobby is not accessible by the elevator.
Shower curtain and bath mat needed to be replaced, both were torn and ratty...

"The staff who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a good hotel for the price. The worst part were the beds, they were hard as rocks. I don’t mind a firm bed, but these could really use a memory foam mattress topper, that would easily bring up the rating to 4 stars."
