Hotel dekat Klub Golf Belfry

"Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel offers a good breakfast too. There is no charge to park at the hotel which is an advantage. The bedrooms and corridors are dated but having said that we had a very comfortable stay."

"Very poor start, got there to see loads of Pay to Park signs. It's at the end of a lane in the middle of nowhere and carpark is in poor condition with large potholes. Staff were friendly, room was ok, great pressure in shower but sadly breakfast was a disappointment, child portions, only one staff member (very friendly) but not able to keep things replenished. Overall, stay was ok but I wouldn't return."

"Lovely spacious room. Very clean spacious bathroom. Great TV. Water in the fridge."

"Arrived late, (2 a.m.) but efficient checking in service and soon settled in for a good night's sleep (aided greatly by the knowledge that check out wasnt until 12)"

"Not my first visit. Good local for catching up with friends between London and Wales. Has everything need. Good choice of restaurants. Entertainment from bowling to nightclub/casino. A spa. Easy parking"

"Stayed here for an event at NEC and while the staff must routinely experience so many travellers and events, they made me feel a truly welcomed guest. Thank you everyone particularly Andrea in housekeeping who was a star. Loved the vibe, the clean and comfortable room and the modern powerful shower. Will now be my go-to hotel for NEC events."

"Understand times are tough for all of us including hotels but we were staying in a family room and there was no bottled water nor water fountain available so we were told we had to purchase. Cleaning of the rooms was satisfactory but had to ask to toilet roll. We've stayed in this hotel many times over the past decade and standards have dropped for sure. Staff are excellent though. Dinner was ok and breakfast is great. The pool and spa is still decent. Rooms could do with refreshing though."

"Staff were so polite and helpful ."

"Indifferent staff at check-in, restaurant and bar. Bags of rubbish in the corridor outside my room. No wi-fi available. It maybe a airport hotel with a high turnover of guests, but no-one seemed bothered about providing a decent service. Avoid breakfast - better off in Greggs over the road....."

"Room very clean but a little dated yellow walls & furniture Kettle - element broken/burnt TV - no channels available/not working Staff at breakfast - exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful. Staff at check in / check out - not the best. Its the little things e.g. ask if would like to book breakfast, I had to ask after check in process. Check out - did not ask if everything was ok with our stay."

"Breakfast cooked to order. Very pleasant staff."

"Super hotel. Amazing value for money, great team."

"Parking and free shuttles were really useful."

"Lovely views, staff very helpful, food was lovely in the restaurant, lots to do close by"

"Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too."
