"Clean room right on the beach!"

"My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also. Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. "The rooms were clean but most.of all I was in a.panic when I arrived because the third party canceled by reservation. Denise was so helpful and understanding. Coming.from out of town and this happens creates anxiety. She had me take a moment and was very helpful..for that , words cannot express my appreciation. Thank you"

"This was the third time we stood there and we saw dogs in the property but dogs by the restaurant and walking by the pool it not right let suppose someone is allergic to dogs and they put a couple there in that room . Don’t think I would stay there again very disappointed. And the young man at the front desk was a little rude at time."
