"Came two times a month apart and hot tub was not working either time. The bass from the loud music was too much and gave me a headache. From the room, you don't hear the music, just loud thumping noise from the bass- not enjoyable. The AC was difficult to control. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies were wonderful and the restaurants have very good food."

"This was a very nice place. What we loved about this place: we didn't have to pay for daily parking, we didn't have to pay daily resort fee, we didn't have to pay daily amenities fees. "Plane arrived at 2am but I had confirmed prior with hotel staff that I needed a Shuttle. When I arrived the phones were down and I eventually had to get a Lyft. Then the hotel door was locked and luckily someone else had already left but still had their room key to let us in. Eventually the staff came to help check us in. The room was fine but the experience was a bit lacking."

"We had an overall good stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The main areas and accommodations were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there overall. A couple areas could use some improvement — the breakfast options were pretty limited and felt repetitive each morning, and the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and the shower pressure was not great. "The photos make this place look better than it actually is. It’s old and very outdated. Smells musty. Shower tub was peeling and rusted. No vent in bathroom so it steams up really bad and everything gets wet. Queen beds are very small to be “queen” size and not comfortable. Staff is pretty rude. There’s a bar attached to the motel so a lot of guests get too drunk and are loud late at night. The A/C for your room is a window unit that’s fairly noisy. The pool is the nicest part but it is right...
