For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details"

"The kitchen was well furnished and the fridge large. Opposite of other review. There were a few scratches here and there in the apartment, but you need to look for them. Great to have access to 3 acre private park out the back door. Bakerloo tube much more convenient than I had thought. Quiet area. Just not many restaurants nearby. Good Tesco Express just about a 2 minute walk. VRBO host canceled on me at the last minute. This place saved by London visit!"

The reception team was so welcoming and patient—when I accidentally locked myself out of my room three times, they kindly unlocked the door for me every single time with a smile! If you don’t have toiletries (only hand soap is provided) Tesco Express is nearby. Check in and check out was super clear and easy, great communication throughout. Highly recommend."
